I am Dr. Myriam Glémaud, Clinical Psychologist and a Certified Executive Coach, who is driven by a passion for helping individuals, leaders and organizations achieve clarity, resilience, and sustainable success. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of leading behavioral health programs and strategic initiatives across complex systems, including federal agencies, nonprofit organizations, and community health networks. These experiences taught me how to navigate challenges, inspire teams, and implement strategies that transform vision into measurable outcomes.

My academic journey includes a Masters in Social Work form the University of Ottawa, Canada and a Doctorate in Clinical Neuropsychology from Carlos Albizu University, followed by a Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Health Psychology from the University of Miami. Combining this clinical foundation with leadership expertise, I’ve developed a unique approach that blends evidence-based practices with organizational strategy. As a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, I understand how to optimize processes and drive efficiency without compromising quality. These skills have allowed me to design innovative programs, improve access to care, and mentor professionals who now lead with confidence and purpose.

Coaching is more than a profession for me—it’s a passion. I believe every leader has untapped potential, and my role is to help uncover it. Whether guiding executives through complex decisions, training emerging leaders to thrive in dynamic environments, or consulting with organizations to align people and processes, my focus is always on creating lasting impact. My personal and professional experiences have shaped a coaching style that is empathetic, strategic, and deeply committed to growth.

Outside of work, I find inspiration in traveling and meeting new cultures. I love learning languages and currently speak French, Haitian Creole, and English fluently, with intermediate Spanish and basic Serbian. These experiences broaden my perspective and strengthen my ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds—a skill that enriches every session.
